How do you manifest what you want? Manifesting your dreams and creating the life you deserve shouldn’t be complicated. I am going to share with you the lowdown (4 techniques) of manifestation and it’s relation to the Law of Attraction.Β

Identify your goals and dreams

Before we even jump in, grab your journal and pen. Start by writing down your goals and aspirations. Ask yourself, “where do I want to be in this life? Who do I want to be in this life?” The sky’s the limit! Be clear with what you want and get in alignment with who YOU are. Trust the Universe! The more clear and concise, the better. YOU are the only person that dreams your exact dreams. Own it!

Below I’ll go through a few ways to use these goals and dreams to manifest and attract!

In order for manifestation to work you have to set your mind right and clear out blocks and limiting beliefs and then you take action

What are blocks and how do you clear or remove them? I’m glad you ask.😁

Blocks can be new and old fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs that in your mind are facts. They are a faulty way of viewing something. But when your mind starts to go crazy with all of the things (your brain knows to be true but not proven to be facts), question yourself. Why? Don’t make the beliefs mean something they are not. Use it as a opportunity to identify them and grow rather than be an obstacle in your way that you just accept.

Let me give a few examples:

“Things just don’t work out for me.”

“I will never be rich.”

“I’m not smart enough for that.”

Umm excuse me… NO! Get rid of that crap. Throw it out the window because it is not serving YOU!

At some point in your life you were told these limiting beliefs and they stuck like glue in your subconscious mind as the truth. YOU create your own reality. (You’ll hear me say this a lot! 🀭) I’ve learned that journaling about your fears and beliefs are a great tool to work through them. Change the narrative into something positive that serves YOU. Create your new reality! This is just a tiny tip of the iceberg. Let me know in the comments if you’d like me to do a whole blog post on this!

Lets jump into MANIFESTING! What is it?

I know some of you might be thinking that this is some woo-woo concept that magically brings all your dreams to life.

It’s not! It is all about you taking action to get the life that you want and putting out the right energy to then in return get that energy back from the Universe. Living in alignment.Β

Manifestation and the Law of Attraction go hand-in-hand. You should have a small understanding of what the Law of Attraction really is.

It is:

Simply put, like attracts like. Positive thoughts attract positive energy and results. Negative thoughts attract negative energy and results. Be self-aware of what you’re thinking, saying, and your energy output!

“Positive vibes only.”✌

-Me (I crack myself up. πŸ˜‚)

Regardless if you think manifesting works or not, that doesn’t matter because it IS always working… The Universe is always matching your energy.

If you’re in constant complaint mode about your life then guess what… you’re going to always get more things to complain about. Clever Universe. Clever. But do you know what that means? If you’re always in gratitude and happy mode then you’ll get more things to be grateful and happy for! Thanks Universe!

Remember though, it goes deeper than just hoping and dreaming to receive. You have to take inspired action.

It is sometimes easy to forget that there are things we just simply can’t control in the World. So regardless, put in the hard work and there is always something to learn from your experience. Don’t get stuck in a victim mentality.

Inspired Action

So as much as some people like to think otherwise, manifesting is not magic. To manifest is not about having some special little wand in your hand and waving it to get unlimited wishes. The universe is not like that.Β

But just for giggles, the magic word is action

Action inspires action. And it’s definitely a top priority for you to be able to manifest your dream life.Β It’s the key to manifestation success.

So, once you identify what action you need to take, it’s not just one time and done. You have to consistently take action and believe that you can actually achieve the final goal. That’s aligning your energy with the universe and making sure that the positive energy you’re putting out in the world is exactly what you’re getting in return. (If I had a quarter for every time I just typed out action… haha I’d have $2. Kidding moving on.🀣)

Consistent action will create consistent results. ($2.25… πŸ‘€ okay I’m done I swear.)

β€œ We cannot become what we want by remaining what we are.’’

I’ll share with you some Law of Attraction tools and manifestation techniques. (In no particular order)

1. Visualization– Vision boards, Pinterest boards, meditation

So personally one thing that really got me into manifestation (to manifest) and The Law of Attraction is a woman on YouTube I am subscribed to and I follow her on Instagram (DM me if you want to know more). She creates vision boards at the start of every year with all the things she wants to accomplish or receive. So about two years ago, I did my first legit sit-down vision board. I thumbed through all my magazines and random crafts to create this board with all the things I wanted to achieve and receive that year. (Note: receiving something doesn’t necessarily have to mean a materialistic thing. It could for example mean receiving self-confidence or outside gratification for doing something for someone.)

Once I made that vision board I put it up in my bedroom. Every morning I wake up, it is right in front of my bed. I look at it and I can envision myself already in these places, having the confidence in certain areas of my life, and having the things on this manifest board. You want to act as if you already have it. You want to talk as if you already have it. Doing so you’re lining up the positive energy as if you already have that dream/goal thing from your board.

For example: Imagine you’re driving your dream car down the street. You can smell the leather interior. You can hear your favorite song on the radio etc. Or, you have your dream body and you’re wearing that cute sun dress you purchased years ago but haven’t had the confidence to wear it. You’re confidently walking down the street and feel the flow of material against your skin as the wind blows past you.

Fake it ’til you make it baby! That’s essentially what you’re doing in simplest terms.

You can also create a digital vision manifest board on Pinterest. Just create a board and add any pins that inspire you and aligns with your goals for the year. You can check out my How to: manifestation vision board to get ideas and have a place to start. (Once again, not sponsored. Just here to help!)

Meditation is another way to use visualization. If you’re a beginner you can find guided meditations all over the internet, YouTube, Spotify, etc. (Don’t be scared to try, I still only do guided meditations! Linked is one of my Spotify playlist for you to take a listen. I don’t know about you but I’m picky with the voices that I listen to for my meditations. 🀐) I will have another blog specific to meditation soon and I will go more into depth there.

2. Positive self-talk– Can be out loud or even as thoughts that cross your mind.

This is definitely something that should be incorporated within every aspect of manifestation and every conscious thought that goes through your mind. I will elaborate more on why this is important. Below I will give a few quick examples of positive self-talk.

Looking at your reflection in the mirror and saying:

“You’re a boss babe!”

“you look beautiful today”

“you’re going to have the best day today”

Instead of saying to yourself:

you can’t do this today

you are so ugly

today is going to be the worst day

Really get into the positive self-talk and feel the positive emotions inside and out.

Self-talk is so freaking powerful but tricky because it’s what you say to yourself out loud but it also shows up in the silence of your thoughts as well. If you’re not careful, all the chatter going on up in that mind of yours can easily turn into negative chatter. Become self-aware of your negative self-thought/self-talk narrative and rewrite that crap!

Even if you crack a joke when you make a mistake and then you laugh and say, “I’m so dumb!” your subconscious doesn’t know the difference!🀯 I’m guilty of this. Hi! I’m human, nice to meet you. We need to STOP that. Instead say, “I’m so excited I must have skipped that step” or whatever the narrative is. I know it sounds silly but this will build into a habit of positive self-talk that will eventually help you meet your ultimate goals through manifestation.

3. Positive Affirmations– you can create some tailored to yourself or use pre-scripted.

There are so many types of affirmations that you can use to help you meet your goals. I’ll list a few that I personally use: morning, evening, abundance, self-love & confidence, gratitude, etc.

It’s important to realize that words have power. The words in your thoughts have power yes, but when you say them out loud, they are the strongest. (This can also be incorporated within the last topic of positive self-talk.) Some people might think I’m crazy talking to myself while driving into work because I blast my affirmations audio and repeat out loud every affirmation. Hey, it might not be the ideal time or place but it’s what works best for me right now. Act confident and no one will question you. πŸ’β€β™€οΈ

When you use affirmations, it’s all about repetition. It’s not a one and done kind of deal. Dang. I know wishful thinking. This technique is used to rewire your subconscious beliefs and the repetition is the key to tricking your brain into actually believing what you’re saying is fact. Cool thing is, the subconscious mind believes everything you tell it. Winning! But you really have to believe in what your saying to be true or become true eventually. It doesn’t work if you are just repeating affirmations but yet in the back of your mind still saying all the negative things you’re trying to change. This ties into removing limiting beliefs and fears that you may have as discussed earlier on in this post.

4. Gratitude. Can be spoken out loud, journaled, vision board

The strongest emotion we can use to manifest things is gratitude. Start right now with being grateful for everything you have in your life, physical and non-physical. Remember when I said like attracts like? Well the more you are grateful the more you will have to be grateful for and the more you’ll manifest what you want.

Personally when I start to get frustrated I turn to gratitude and just start going down the list of the awesome things in my life and all the experience I get to have. Not very long after, I calm down and move on with my day. I also do this while driving and there’s craziness everywhere. Some of you have no idea what it’s like to drive here in Sicily. Be grateful for that! 🀣

You don’t need a million hours in the day to do these things or even change your whole day to incorporate. I know some people believe that multi-tasking is near impossible or in the long run less productive (me being one) but what I actually can do is anchor my gratitude action of speaking them out loud to many habits or routines I already do. For example: driving, brushing my teeth, making a cup of coffee, while I’m getting ready in the morning, while I’m getting ready for bed, etc. It’s much easier to make something a habit when using the anchoring technique.

Affirmations are a tool that can be used to help us strengthen the emotion of gratitude and to manifest. For me, saying a gratitude list every day is very important. Being grateful for the things (physical and not physical) you have in your life will help you to establish a positive mindset.Β

Gratitude lists available to download for free! In the meantime you can visit my Pinterest board Gratitude lists.

*Everything listed above can incorporate journaling or scripting! I can honestly go on and on about manifestation but I’m sure you’re trying to soak in everything you just learned. This won’t be the last Manifestation post so keep a look out for new posts, subscribe to my email list, and/or follow me on Instagram and Pinterest. πŸ’™

At the end of the day, YOU are creating your own reality (there it is againπŸ˜‰). Two people can be at the exact same place at the exact same time and because of the way that their subconscious mind is working, they can have two completely different experiences of the same exact thing. So trust in yourself and the Universe. Go forth and manifest great things.

What is it that you’re working to manifest for yourself right now?

Go ahead and share with your friends.πŸ–€
