1. Meditation
Meditation helps to sooth anxiety and stress. 🧘🏽 It feels so good to calm the mind and get a better insight into your thoughts and feelings. Don’t let this intimidate you! There are many different meditations out there for beginners or even quick 3-5 minute ones also.
First, find yourself a calm space, then focus on your breath for a few minutes. If you’re somewhere with a lot of distractions, you can always put on some headphones with a guided meditation, close your eyes, and focus back onto your breathing.
*I cannot stress enough how helpful this is for me while I’m at work!*
Take a peak at one of my other blog posts that goes a little bit deeper into meditation. Easy Ways to Detox Your Mind: 3)Meditation.

2. Laugh
Laughter is a stress reliever, no joke! (see what I did there? 🤣 haha) Having a sense of hilarity lifts us out of the negative pain and struggle we may be facing.
So, let it out!
Laughter activates and relieves your stress response by increasing or decreasing your heart rate and blood pressure. The result? A good’ole relaxed feeling in not only your body, but also in your mind and soul. If you don’t have friends or family to make you laugh…
Find your own laughter. If this doesn’t raise your vibration, girllll you need some new friends! 💁♀️🌟
3. Show Gratitude
Showing gratitude helps one to focus on the positives vs. the negatives in ones life. Practicing can not only put us in a grateful mood but also put us into a higher vibrational state.
Go ahead and make yourself a list of all the things you can be grateful for in your life. For instance:
“I am grateful to have people in my life that care about me.”
“I am grateful for waking up happy this morning.”
An easy way to implement this into your daily life or schedule is by anchoring it to your morning or nightly routine.
Don’t get me wrong, gratitude at anytime of the day is better than not at all!
Cool thing is, your gratitude list doesn’t have to be written out. You can simply say out loud what you’re grateful/thankful for. This gives you the ability to multi-task if you are short on time.
Even cooler thing is, you can keep the same ‘list‘ and reuse it and update when you feel the need.
Feel free to download a gratitude list I’ve created just for readers here! You can also navigate to PRODUCTS page from the menu bar. It’s completely free!

4. Mindfulness
What we think affects how we feel. Sometimes we may dwell on a stressful situation but we make the situation out to be worse than what it really is.
Mindfulness can also go hand-in-hand with meditation.
If your thoughts are mostly anxious, you might find that you are drawn to situations that perpetuate this feeling. Great news though, if you’re an optimist then chances are you will be drawn to more positive situations or feelings.
Now keep in mind, you don’t want to ignore or shun your difficult emotions. Acknowledge they exist and work through them but don’t overindulge the negativity.
Always remember,
Our thoughts create our reality.
5. Hobbies
Have a hobby. If you don’t have one, get one!
There are so many things you can do that are enjoyable to YOU and raise that vibration.
Read a book.
Paint.
Play an instrument.
Workout.
It should never feel like a job or a chore to have a hobby. There shouldn’t be any guilt or pressure attached to it because you are then doing yourself a disservice and should reflect on why you are feeling that way.
For me, I like to make myself a cup of tea and write in my planner. Some days I’d rather lay in bed with a self-care book. If i had my ukulele with me I’d love more practice time on that but I’m away for work until the summer. 😏 This might be my excuse to buy another one. I need it to raise my vibes! 😅
Point is, do something you enjoy doing!
6. Take a bath
There’s such a calming effect when you hop into a tub of warm water with Epsom salts and bubbles. Many of us can attest to this. Go ahead and grab yourself a glass of fermented grape juice… 🍷😆 and just RELAX!
Baths are a good way to purify the body from the day-to-day spiritual grime that some of us may experience. When you soak in warm water your skin releases endorphins.
Maybe we should take some advice from Elle Woods, “…Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don’t shoot their husbands.”
All jokes aside though, endorphins get you operating on those raised vibrations.
Two times last week I did this… minus the fermented grape juice part haha. Because it was a rainy week, I needed the warmth after a long, wet day at work!
7. Nature walk
As we all already know, moving the body is not only good for your physical health but can improve your mental health too!
Go outside. 🌲
Shift your mood/vibration by connecting with good’ole Mother Nature. Also known as grounding.
Breathe in the good air and soak up the sunshine. Imagine the up-level when you take a few minutes to do a meditation while on your nature walk.
As I write this, I am craving a walk in the trees and a breath of fresh air!
* Bonus points if you do it barefoot!*
8. Nap
I saved the best for last.😉
Who doesn’t love a nap!? If you say you don’t, I vote you’re in denial. kidding… Anyway, sometimes rest is the only thing that can make us feel better in some situations.
Take that nap. 😴
Honor your needs because it seems as though all of society is sleep-deprived (don’t come at me haha). Be careful not to over-do it though. There’s a fine line between being helpful and making the negativity worse.
Wake up with positivity on the mind. Wake up with raised vibration and go about your day. 🙌🌟
What do you do to raise your vibration?
Honorable mentions:
